We never share your details. You will hear from a real person, not an automated system.

Why travellers choose us

A Travel Company You Can Actually Reach

We are a Rajasthan-based operator, not a booking aggregator. The person who quotes your trip is the person you call when your flight is late.

Experienced Local Drivers

Drivers who have run Rajasthan's routes for years, with verified licences, police verification and working English and Hindi.

Clean, Well-Kept Vehicles

Serviced on schedule, cleaned before every trip and checked for tyres, brakes and air conditioning before a long run.

Rajasthan Travel Experts

We plan itineraries for this state every day. Ask us how long a drive really takes and you will get an honest answer.

Transparent Pricing

A written quotation listing kilometres, driver allowance, tolls, permits and parking. No surprises at the end of the trip.

24x7 Assistance

A real person on the phone during your trip, not a ticketing system — including nights, weekends and festival days.

Customised Tours

Tell us your dates, interests and pace, and we will build the itinerary around them rather than selling you a fixed package.

Choose the Right Vehicle for Your Group

The Rajasthan experience

More Than Forts and Photographs

Palaces and desert are the headline, but the trips people remember usually turn on the smaller things — a folk performance at a haveli, a tiger at first light, a thali in a village kitchen.

What Our Guests Say

A selection of comments from recent trips. (Sample content — replace with your own reviews.)

We landed at Jaipur late in the evening and the driver was already inside arrivals with a board. Over the next six days he never once made us feel rushed, and the car was spotless every morning.

Priya R.Chennai

Booked a Crysta for a Jaipur–Jodhpur–Jaisalmer run. The quotation listed everything — tolls, permits, driver allowance — and the final bill matched it exactly. That alone is worth a lot.

Arun M.Bengaluru

Our flight was delayed by three hours and nobody made an issue of it. They tracked it, adjusted, and the driver was waiting. Small thing, but it set the tone for the whole trip.

Sneha & VikramMumbai

Twelve of us in a tempo traveller for a family wedding in Udaipur. Everything ran on time across three hotels and two venues, which I did not expect.

Deepak S.Delhi

The Ajmer and Pushkar day trip from Jaipur was well planned. The driver knew exactly where to drop us near the Dargah and waited without complaint for over two hours.

Meera K.Hyderabad

Asked them to redesign our itinerary twice before we booked. They were patient and told us honestly which drives were too long — we ended up dropping a city and enjoying the trip far more.

Questions

Rajasthan Cab & Travel FAQs

How do I book a cab with you?

Fill in the enquiry form on this site, call us, or message us on WhatsApp with your dates, cities and group size. We reply with a written quotation listing the vehicle, kilometres, driver allowance, tolls and everything else, so you can compare it properly before confirming.

What is included in your cab fare?

Fuel, the driver, and the kilometres in your quotation. Tolls, state permits, parking and the driver allowance are listed separately so you can see exactly what each item costs. Monument entry tickets and guide fees are always paid directly by you.

Do you provide cabs for the whole Rajasthan trip or only city to city?

Both. Most multi-day guests keep one vehicle and one driver for the entire itinerary, which means your luggage stays in the car and there is no daily rebooking. Single-leg one-way drops are equally available.

Which vehicle should I choose?

Two to three people with light luggage: a Dzire or Etios. Four to six people: an Ertiga or Innova. Six or seven with full suitcases: an Innova Crysta. Eight or more: a Tempo Traveller. Tell us your headcount and bag count and we will recommend honestly rather than upselling.

Are your drivers able to speak English?

Our drivers speak Hindi and working conversational English — enough for directions, timings and practical arrangements. For detailed historical commentary at monuments we recommend hiring a licensed local guide, which we can arrange.

Can I pay after the trip?

We usually take a small advance to confirm the booking and the balance during or at the end of the trip. Corporate bookings can be invoiced against a purchase order with GST.

Do you handle airport pickups for late-night flights?

Yes. Late-night and early-morning transfers are routine. We track your flight, so a delay does not cost you your car, and the driver waits inside arrivals with a name board.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made well in advance are handled without a charge in most cases. Last-minute cancellations, and bookings during peak periods such as the Pushkar Fair, may attract a charge. The exact terms are stated in your written quotation before you confirm.

Do you book flights or issue air tickets?

No. Our flight pages are travel information only — we do not sell tickets, show live fares or access any airline booking system. Book your flights directly with the airline or your preferred agent, then let us handle everything on the ground in Rajasthan.

What is the best time to visit Rajasthan?

October to March for almost everywhere in the state. July to September is good for Mount Abu and Udaipur, when the hills are green. April to June is very hot across Rajasthan and we would generally advise against it for sightseeing.
